DMLS

The DMLS (DIRECT METAL LASER SINTERING) technology is the latest incremental technology, allowing us to make products directly from digital model CAD 3D files using metal powders. The system’s 0.020 mm modelling layer provides great accuracy. We are able to make models from three various basic materials: tool steel 1.2709, stainless steel 1.4542 and bronze DM20. This technology produces high-precision prototype models which are fully functional and durable products, such as tools or elements of injection moulds, including those equipped with conformal cooling ducts.
