Vacuum Casting

The VACUUM CASTING (VC) of silicone moulds is useful in making individual prototypes, small quantity prototype batches and even short production amounts using polyurethane resins with a wide choice of physical properties.

The wide spectrum of polyurethanes available helps to adjust model properties to the required mechanical properties of future injected thermoplastics.

According to mechanical properties, our choice of resins can be used as an equivalent substitute of the following:

VC rama SV - Kopia

  • PA/PP/ABS,
  • PS/ABS,
  • PP resistant to high temperatures,
  • PA/POM,
  • Elastomers with hardness from 55A to 75A,
  • Highly-transparent PMMA / PC.
